Well it sounds much nearer to George than Larry to my ears - but who cares? It sounds great, and that's the main thing. Hey, it sounds like you - and you sound good!!!
Wow, the VHT Pitbull is at the top of my "dream gear" list. A '79 Les Paul? No wonder the tone is jazzy smooth. With thick strings, the thing really makes it sound 335-ish. Yeah, refrets on such a vintage piece are risky... with Satch, Benson and Vinnie Moore in your bag, do you play any Andy Timmons (his early work with jazz musicians, mostly sax players, is pretty amazing); your tasty phrasing and dynamics remind me of him. Ok, enough chatter, keep the cool vids coming!
really like your playing, may I know where I can get the Backing Track?thanks

Sorry dude! Not Benson. You are a long ways from Benson. Sounds good but your phasing is out of mode!

I sold my Gibson 335 , '80. To be honest, this guitar sound more jazzy to me, funny but it is truth.
This guitar is brighter then usual and unbelievably lightweight, so it is great for any style of music.

Les Paul Standard '79 and VHT - PittBull.
Heavy & Rock Amp with best clean channel on planet ;)) BTW This are the 11/49 strings and very high action, after 30years frets are dead.
