  • Barock oboe has a tonal softness that cannot be duplicated by modern instruments...great music..

  • I agree. I perfer the baroque flutes over the conventional metallic flutes used nowadays as well.

  • Although the overall tone is softer it is somehow thicker and denser and blends well wiht violins. This is a lovely interpretation.
