I remember watching a Leaf game with my Dad in the late 80's and he said to me "When Wendel's not hurt he's the best player on the ice". And wow was he right, game 6 against the Kings in '93 he put that team on his back. What a warrior!!

it is a fluke, habs always seemed to have some out of nowhere goalie (roy,dryden)to steal the cup. 1993 Leafs would have killed the habs in the final. And by the way, i don't get hosed for tickets. Thanks for posting this, I was hoping someone would put it on Youtube. I noticed myself on HNIC that night. If you go to 3:11, see that kid with the sign? That's me at age 16. I still have that sign - those were the days! If I can remember correctly, that game was a first round playoff game against Chicago in 1995, I think the Leafs won that game but lost the series. After the Clark/Gilmour era, the passion was never quite the same...
