  • power clean is a hell load of technique you dont have it to be honest. your trying to muscle it up and its gonna end up in you hurting your back or wrist. little advice... your form at first is good, good arch looking up all good. when you go to lift it, lift it like an upright-then pop your elbows underneath it. also when your pressing stick your chest out and tilt your head back like an incline bench

  • Bad... very bad - a lot of flexion going on in the back area - you will end up with a sore lower back as soon as you hit the big loads - try to hang clean, should solve the problem.

    You pull the bar with your arms too much and you don't rack the bar properly - I think your elbows and wrists will take a huge beating... warm up with lower weights and by doing cleans from full extension - let the bar rest on the clavs.

    And you make some really weird noises - I had to turn the volume down.

  • Nice push and press that was good just a little more explosive in the clean.

  • Nice looking push presses! The cleans have major early arm bend and active pulling with your arms on the bar though. Fix that and the weight'll fly up :) Check out my vids to see what I'm talking about.
