I take that back. That was actually childish and i'm not normally like that. My original comment about Kipper was based on his salary. He's not worth what he gets. He is a good goalie, but in my opinion, not worth mor than 3mill a season. No goalie is actually. Way overpaid. Imagine being able to afford to take your family to a game if they were paid less and ticket prices were reasonable.

@waveore12 You have to understand though Kipper is on a long term contract that is almost over. When he signed it Goalies were all came with a high price tag. The difference is they all had 2-3 year deals and have either taken smaller contracts or left the NHL. Turco, Lunongo, Biron all are/recently in a contract that makes them over paid now but not when they actually signed it. Over paid, yes but at the time. It made sense. In fact he took a discount.

I'm sorry, but I don't think Kipper is a franchise goaltender, because:

1. Inconsistency.

2. 1 on 1. I've never seen him excel in a shootout, breakaway, or penalty shot.
