Nice choice going with NOVA. I just bought an X100. The specs are actually below average for them. They regularly send out units that are 15-25mW overspec. Glad you enjoy it.

'Nova' sell the deffraction grating lens endcap ?.
For ages I'd sit shining the laser through the tiolet window for a simular effect !.

the googles he has are $89. But they protect you from every kind of color laser.

The goggles are 49$ and they do not protect from every laser color.. Theres no laser safety goggles that protect from every color.
Those goggles have OD 5+ for 190-380nm and OD 2+ for 400-532nm
