much fairer for all parts of the UK, currently my council tax is more than my income tax - seems only rich people and people on benefits should be allowed to live in a nice area.

Local Income Tax is fairer, progressive & better for the people of Scotland and would take 84,000 people out of poverty.
The Council tax is unfair, unjust & hits the poorest hardest.
