I gotta congratulate General Mike Jackson when Bill Clinton and his military commanders launched their war in Kosovo, when the Russians took pristina and US General Wesley Clarke ordered pristina to be re taken by NATO. When the Americans turned off the oil, they shut down a huge source of Iraqi revenue and drove the price of oil up from $20 a barrel to $112 a barrel
