God is not cruel, he has been very generous actually. He provided India rich minerals and resources. Brilliant scientists, doctors and professionals. He gave India the 4th biggest economy in the world and a 30 billion dollar defence budget and a 400 billion dollar government revenue. If India STILL can't ensure decent policing, national security and a well equipped armed forces, it's not GOD's fault but your own. I can see Chanakya cringing in his grave.
