I don't care what other people said, but the music made this video awesome and engaging to listen to. The animations explained the process well and the explatation was good.
oh and did I mention how much I like the music, made my worst topic sound soo interesting!
everything is awesome and perfect in this video, it helped me to understand the structure on muscles in a simple way, and as for the music, I liked it, it made it more interesting to watch.
very good video, it could due with a better soundtrack but overall correctness and appeal was satisfying, keep up the good work and continue creating videos for our YouTube Community.
I love this video, nice movements, good animations, and I just love the music but it would work much better if it wasn't so loud or even not at all there. as TRollinXcore said.. as we were in a muscle fiver rave.
haa actually for me, the music is the best part! lol even tho it's litle hard to focus but it makes it more interesting to actually watch instead of forcing myself to.
I regret saying this... But you're an idiot if you have trouble understanding this... Everything you see is accompanied by an explanation. That's the point! It's a fiber rave for a while, then slows down... He does stop it to explain how ATP works, etc.

this would be a really helpful video but it's so hard to concentrate on what you're saying with the crazy music playing all the time, also it's a bit too fast

That music is far too distracting, it's much louder than the guys voice itself, was very hard to keep focus and understand what he was saying with that racket in the background. Plus he talks far too fast :/
This is very helpful and my professor actually showed this video in class. My only issue with it is that the music doesn't stop, it might he helpful when discussing the sliding filament theory.

This is so awesome. I have a test tomorrow and this video for SURE has heightened my understanding of these concepts! I keep watching it again and again!
the only thing you sort of skipped was the actual powerstroke when crossbridges open to release ADP and then the crossbridges move toward the center of the sarcomere causing a powerstroke.
This is by far the best video for muscle contraction. Watched it several times when taking my anatomy course and now that I am in Physiology, specifically went to look for your video! Thanks so much. Excellent work.
