I would say your actual palm is pretty smooth, but perhaps working on some variations in terms of hold outs and motivations would be wise. I think replacements are equally important and also require practice.In general I feel like your overal style or pacing should slow down as it has a nervousness to it.Having said all of this I think you are well on your way to mastering the top palm, but the journey never ends.

Well done, but Marlo did have an entire section with very similar methods in his book. Even more a coincidence, the section was called "Action Palms." Other than that great job, they were hard to spot.
