3rd fret on 1st and 2nd strings AND 2nd fret on 3rd and 4th string... its a Asus7 (i think) with the high G on the first string tacked on.
Also, you hold those 2 notes on 1st and 2nd string (still 3rd fret) on the walk down too. You upstroke those right before you walk down to the next chord.
watch the video where rush plays live and you can see that he isnt doing those chords! also listen to the song and you can here that he isnt playing that intro like you
