Hi, Seth. I left a reply early today but it ended up on someone else's video. I think it is part of the YouTube autoplay of subscriptions. You have a great place there and Sam is a good guard bunny. That is fabulous.

thanks, i actually was in my old place for about 6 years -- the longest i've ever been in one place since moving out of my parents. i was just getting bored with the neighborhood and had the opportunity for this house which was going for slightly less rent than i was already paying so jumped on it. its pretty comfortable so far
