@PTheCrazy thats no problem you need much oil if you you use not enough the meat or vegetables can stick on the bottom and can dry out and overcooked or burnt

Not sure why everyone is so amazed at the fact that he uses olive oil a lot -- most chefs do. It's a really healthy cooking fat, has a reasonably high smoke point, it tastes awesome, and it comes in a bunch of different varieties, each of which has a really unique and interesting flavor. To everyone who just can't get over the oil thing -- people, this is how good food is made.
