what style of Bharatanatyam is it? i don't think it's Kalakshetra

shes very young.... probably less than 15 years old, as an older girl would never wear a midriff exposing costume like that... at least not in Chennai ( which is where she is dancing) Given her age, I would say shes pretty decent. Certainly not amazing or spectacular... but if she continues to dance she will get good. Great dancers dont dance at RK Swami hall. its tiny
