Our P.E teacher has us do this, however we are told to hold it for as long as we can. I can go to 1:23. A guy in our class can hold it for 5mins and more, the showoff xD

I've done 10 minutes straight and it almost killed me.
Started shaking at about 7 minutes and sweat about a litre in the last three.
