@thomasgotschalk yup2x.. its a gundam capsule after all.. i really like the japanese for their tech and pretty much everything japanese~ the detail the details.. man wish i was a freaking billionare
@thomasgotschalk Oh, uh, I think Adores. In the Broadway building, coming through the main entrance from the shotengai and the train station, Namco is on the right and another game center is on the right. It's the one on the right where I played Senjou no Kizuna for only 400 yen.
@stevethefishdotnet Oh yeah, now I remember, they are in the back of the store, together with the UFO-catchers, right? (and there is an "Okashi no Machioka" shop right outside in the mall) - Thanks!!!
@thomasgotschalk Yes, that's the place. Lots of UFO catchers, and the Senjou no Kizuna game pods are in the back corner. I love the Broadway building.
@rometdead32 > Yes, Thats true. But im wondering, how did YOU know about it? ^_-
The first Gundam prototype is on display on Odaiba Island. (try to google for images with keywords "Gundam" and "Odaiba" - im sure something will come up!
THE ultimate way of playing Gundam would be a combination of this and that interactive flight simulator machine often found in arcades and aerospace museums that are able to rotate (actually) on x, y, and z planes in accordance to joysticks.
MS air/space combat with something like that would be awesome.
Would work really well with high end protagonist/antagonist ms. May have horrible and unforeseen effects on those who try to cosplay the skills of ace gundam pilots.
but do you know japeness? I want to go there to. but I can't becuase I don't know how to spek japeness. I f I did I would be albe to go since I can't. I can't go. do they speck engilsh in japan or spainsh? sorry about my bad spelling I was typeing this fast I didn't have time becuase my laptop was about to die on me.
No they dont speak a single word of Spanish in Japan (not counting "Samba de amigo"^^)
They do however speak a little English and certainly enough for you to visit there. (at least if you stay in Tokyo) Yes, i do speak some Japanese, but i have been there even before i started speaking it, and i never had any problems - so just go there, and enjoy it. ^^
well, i played it in singapore once in a exibition, so i dn tin it is considered officially out here in singapore, do u knw when will it be out here or any other country?
No sorry, i have no idea when or where its gonna be released - but my guess is, that this version of the game will be a "Japan-only". (Is Gundam popular in Singapore?)
do you know if there is a way to at least download the program to play the game on your computer screen

Its actually a pretty decent game... played it in Tottori City and Tokyo (Akihabara) and the price is usually 500 yen for 2 battles...
Definitely worth the full surround projection view

This game is so addicting. But at 500 yen a shot, it can become an expensive addiction. At least in Nakano it's only 400 yen.

@stevethefishdotnet > At Adores or Namco? (or both?) I never checked it there, I only play Wangan Midnight in Nakano.

How realistic is this?
Does it come with pre-progamed moves lika a video game or do you actually have to use the right movements like Steel Battalion?
Xephon0930 2 years ago 2
Think of it as an advanced version of Virtual On.
(-The controls has more of a "simulation"-feel to it, rather than "just" an easy arcade feeling)
