dont bother doing this...just download cycorder from cydia...its free and has sound....its a much better program than videorecorder now...it didnt use to be

i have videorecorder3g 3.0,i got it for free, for my iphone 3g 2.2 and i already had cycorder but i wanted something with better quality and the ability to upload to youtube and i got it alot easier than this method go check out out the video i uploaded yesterday

Cycorder doesn't let you email ro upload your videos. it also has less features than Video recorder 3g.

I did everything you said, I installed from cydia, then uninstalled ,did everything on video, correctly ,I rebooted Iphone I see no icon for videocamera, now what?

for some reason videorecorder does not work on 2.1...not sure why..you can download cycorder which has video with sound and is unlimited...its a much better program i think
