someone answer plz: I'm planning to buy a 42" 1024×768 HDR plasma TV and play games on that, instead of my 1440×900 19" monitor. So i'm curious if my 42"'s dispay will be actually less detailed compered to my 19" monitor, and if it"s only magnifying the picture. I'm so confused.
do I have to have S-video how abut connect the PC with VGA then converted with other cable to RCA to the TV I had try that but did not work how do I fix that ?
try to search for more information about what you did. start from the very beginning maybe there's something you miss... i never tried to that... and that's a lesson to you.. hahaha...
i hooked mine up with a s-video and its completely clear lookin but i have no icons or anything all i can see is my backround screensaver and i can even change it and it changes on the tv but thats all that seems to be workin any ideas mail me via youtube email thx
I know...this happened to me. I was finally able to view my PC on TV when I right click the properties in the Display setting on the first
button and clicked the GeForce link and then View Display mode and I picked the Clone settings as some web site said and now I am able to use my TV as a monitor so I can watch some internet movies better (or I could go buy a big PC monitor...huh?....Nah.)
I can't even get my PC connected to the TV. I have an e-GeForce 5200 video driver and it has an S-Video port. I plugged the S-Video cable to the TV S-Video input and it just shows the regular TV... How did you get it to work?
I want to hook up my Computer to my TV but don't have a cable long enough to reach the sound port of my comp. Since the video card is VERY old it won't let me run Better Games Like Doom 3, FEAR, CoD 2, etc. while using it. It's a Radeon 7000. My ATI Radeon 9200 doesn't have a S-Video port though.
memory wasted on youtube,,.
