  • I thought id listen to penn say anything. When he started talking about the authors name and backstory, i was proved wrong.

  • haha poor teller

  • hahahaha CLASSIC !!!

  • 5:37 - 5:54 sounds like lyrics to some kind of death metal/ hardcore punk song hahaha

  • @pidgeonman I thought so too.

  • That is the worst hair cut I have ever seen

  • LMAO! A brilliant trick of timing!

  • INCREDIBLE

  • Huh I always thought Casey was a girls' name, perhaps it was different when the poem was written.

  • Casey Jordan and Taylor are all boy names.

  • @D0g63rt Funny cause i know girls named Casey Jordan and Taylor

  • @FatherTime89 I've always liked names like Casey and Taylor better for guys, but I think it may just be that they are uni-sex names you know?

  • Penn is a very good magician in his own right. He is better on his own than many professional magicians. You don't spend 35 years working with Teller without becoming a good magician on your own. But, odd fact, Penn is the better palmer. Why you ask. Have you seen his hands? He could palm his own head.

  • I would not trust being dangled like that, if he fell, it is broken neck.

  • @DLPBurke I was worried about what would happen if Penn's hand slipped while hauling him up. I assume they have a safety lock thing in the pulley.

  • @Nndaia I would hope so, or some absolutely fool proof method because if not, he is dead.

  • 'the Abbot and Costello of magic.'

I always thought more like the 'Jay and Silent-Bob' of magic, but yours works too. =)

  • missdirection its all part of there act

  • THAT WAS BLOODY FUCKING AMAZING!

  • aahaha these guys are the best

  • Great team really - you've got Penn a good magician but a better talker, and teller an amazing magician from a technical standpoint but doesn't talk.

  • Why does everyone see tellers silence as liability? He does it on purpose and it makes it better. Penn and Teller are more than magicians, they are comedians and actors.

  • Agreed, the Abbot and Costello of magic.

  • His silence is more than that, really. His silence is to make him fade into the background while he does the palms, the passes, reaches for stuff in his pocket, move into position...All while everyone watches Penn, cause he's such an awesome story teller.

  • Got it right on the nose. With Penn engaging the audience, Teller could do almost anything without anyone noticing. Teller is the more talented magically of the duo, the best at palming and designing tricks. Penn is also a great magician but he's really more of the assistant, providing a distraction for the real work to happen without notice.

  • @ArtfulDawdger Nobody sees it as a liability, everybody understands what you're explaining unless they're 10

  • It actually took 2:26, 10 seconds longer than promised. Shysters. I want my no money back.

    Quite a funny bit.

  • Holy fuck! You mean that Penn used to be this skinny???

  • That's the first thing I noticed--a skinny Penn!

  • I love Teller's face when Penn starts reading faster. Priceless.

  • Wow, after all that, Casey struck out?

  • This was so hilarious rofl.

  • Wow, Penn used to be mugh thinner.

  • there is an age old saying... if it offends you dont watch it.

also i got to agree, i cant see how this is offensive to anyone... was it something in the poem, or the stunt itself ?

  • Well, I'm terribly sorry. Thank you for fighting for our country, but I still don't see how this is offensive is you, or anyone else in a wheelchair.

  • How is this offensive to someone in a wheelchair?

  • cry me a river bitch !

we still have our legs !!

    Woo - Hoo

    Ya Gimppy bastard

  • I can't think of a logical explantation O_o

  • Maybe it'd be more offensive if this video is anti-gay to brandon"boyluva"

  • haha, near the end it sounds like Penn is singing a punk song or something.

  • o.0 that is a freakin long poem lol....

  • I love how Teller starts to pull on the sleeve faster when Penn first starts talking faster. Love these guys!

  • I saw them do this same bit on tv where at some point in the trick, Penn kicks some lever that makes a platform of spikes appear underneath Teller. That version of this trick was much better. I wonder if that's out there on the web somewhere?

  • I believe the version your talking about was on Saturday Night Live...

  • Penn could be an auctioneer.

  • He prolly wouldn't make as much money...

  • True :P

  • frickin awesome! OMG! I couldn't stop laughing. I absolutely loved it when Penn started reciting faster as Teller progressed. LOL

  • Nice clip. Teller is awesome. :D

  • Brilliant! Teller is really Penn's master. It's mind control. Look into those eyes.

Comedic timing on this was fantastic, though you had to see it coming when he announced he'd read it in 2:16.

    Score

    performance art: 8/10

    kinky undertones: 5/10

monologue memorization: 10/10 with a gold star.

    hair: 2/10

    dick jokes: 0/10

  • Pfff, why the hell are people rating this thumbs down? It's not offensive.

  • I bet it's his hair.

  • Thank you! I've heard about this yet have never seen it.. ^_^

  • WOW.
