Does it have an older drive belt? Double check everything is together right, and use a size 29 Buna O-ring for the drive belt. Also double check your anti-jam isn't worn and sticking up. Don't set the loader on too high settings. The lower the settings that work, the better with reballs.

@manike99 everything is together right. It handles paintballs flawlessly then i throw in a pod of reballs and it chokes. It most likely has a older drive belt, it was an earlier model (it also has the "thinner" anti-jam than the ones that come now). I also go the right body shell that has those extra rivets on them. Stock settings.

Other than the reballs Simon, i love my proph - well done!

I'm not sure. I've never tested with them. A lot of other re-usable balls don't work as well as reballs.

Hi!

I have the HaloB V35, and upgraded with the Empire Freeway anti-jam. I get a lot of jams using new reballs (only thing i have, havent tried older reballs) but no jams with paint.

The speed-setting has been tried out with both 1 and 2, but the problem seems to be the drive-cone is pushing the balls out to the walls, causing the drive-cone to stop, and then it jams.

Do you have any tips for me, or should i just get the Prophecy?

Are they real Reballs or one of the knock offs?

Is everything else on the loader stock?

It is "Storm Reballs", looks like the same as Re:Ball, the "original" ones. The quality seems pretty much OK, and they are not too soft, nor too hard either.

Unfortunately many of the knock offs look similar but simply do not work anywhere near as well as the original and best "Reballs".

The only other tip I can give you, is to make sure the motor is good and clean, and maybe turn the speed up one settings, or double wind the spring in the drive system.

I've just bought one pod of that reball, just to see if it worked and how the quality was, i had a couple of the original Reballs just to compare with.

Maybe a new motor would be a good thing? Shot about 25-30 cases through the mag.

A new motor might help, especially if you shoot a lot of the training type balls as they tend to get dirty and wreck hoppers.

Try double winding the spring too.

Yes, the first time a Prophecy was ever used in public was at EMR's pump pandemonium event on my CCM J2 pump gun.

It's nice and small and lightweight with the 200 round front, and that works great on a pump gun. :)

I have no idea what you just said, but tourney guns are mechanically capped at different rates, as for tournament RULES however, they can cap the guns at any speed they want (15, 13, 12, 10). Anyways I still don't understand what you were trying to get across in your comment.

I think the video shows how the Prophecy will work with reballs.

The built in Freeway anti-jam and larger drive cone makes a big difference when feeding reballs.

With reballs it's often best to set the force to the lowest level possible that will feed.

Pushing reballs too hard can actually cause jams.

I don't know about the Vlocity, but if you have a Magna the Freeway anti-jam is a must to help feed reballs. The old spring and beeds doesn't work well with them at all.

If it's just to test stuff, then one pod is enough.

Just be sure to keep them clean and in as good condition as possible.

I suggest you only buy REAL reballs, I've found them to be worth the money and much better than any of the other versions.

Reballs is the "real" brand, but there are now many generic versions of rubber practice balls and knock offs being sold by some people as 'Reballs' even though they aren't.

If it says Reball on the sticker or on the box you should be fine.

Out of all of those guns, I prefer the Ego.

I've not tried for an ultimate speed of BPS on a gun, as most of that is just marketing BS, but when I put the Prophecy on a gun and compare it to any other electronic loader on the market, the Prophecy is faster.

That's a real test in real conditions. You can replicate that test too, which makes it genuine, and not hype. :)

Lol, I kept looking at the camera because I was filming myself and I wanted to make sure that the camera was recording and that I had the gun held in full view all the time.

Not that was not synched, it was just on sound mode.

Synching will help with your intial "out of the gate speed".

Paint has less friction, so depending on your set up, yes it will shoot faster.

I love your video's simon! It's funny to see all of these people bashing the Prophecy just because they bought a Rotor. Everyone loved the Halo's, original hoppers and i couldnt imagine how much work you put into the prophecy. dont listen to this guy..you guys dont understand rotors are great with reballs only on drop tests they blow i just played like two days ago and shot like a case of reballs and only got one jam..so if your thinking of getting the phrophacy just becasue it can feed reballs dont becasue the rotor can two and less complicated, and simpler in desing, water proof, fire proof,more consistant.......and if the rotor is capp at 23 bps with reballs it doesnt really matter becasue not many people can shoot

Have you tried to use a Rotor with reballs? We've not had any luck, especially on unlimited, they tend to jam a lot. DYE actually recommends you don't use Reballs in a Rotor.

Also this set up on unlimited is faster that we've been able to get the Rotor to feed. We haven't gotten over 23bps with a Rotor on a normal production gun.

Really, I haven't seen many problem threads there at all, and anyone that has an issue has been helped to resolve it quickly.

Most of the issues have been people learning about how to put the new body shells back together properly. Hence the detailed video I made for that. :D
