The lag, hit detection, etc that plagues mw3 is because it rotates host instead of always using the best host it can find. hopefully they'll disable this ridiculous "feature" soon.

Specialist - Hardline - Then Sleight of Hand for 2nd kill perk.

This will give you sleight of hand for after you kill your first player and free up your first slot for some other perk.

@proxxiMazz The thing about starting out with sleight of hand is that you don't really need it until your first reload, which isn't usually until after your first kill. By starting out with another perk in the first slot that you can use from the beginning of the match, it makes you more efficient. I took advice from woodysgamertag and it seems to work for me.

1st perk-Sleight of hand. 2nd perk-scavenger. 3rd perk-whatever else.
