So, I was trying to do this last night for the first time. I mixed hot and cold water together and it wouldn't let me create a design with the tooth pick without the whole thing balling up and getting clumpy:( any suggestions?

@livyg1211 FYI, I just use regular room temperature water, nothing fancy or mixed only because this can effect how fast your nail polish dries in the water. I do notice my nails tend to grow longer because of my use of water, the vitamins I'm taking; I do also treat my nails well. No biting, I let my nails breathe, I use nail hardeners as base coats too. Hope that helps!
