  • Yep, pointing your toes absolutely helps. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years - can tell you that aside from earning style marks for looking good, pointing your toes also makes things like these WAY easier.

  • I just did 2 times, 1st :hold 45s,after 10 mins rest, 2nd: hold 60s....... not that hard, but harder than sit up~ I think it will quite helpful for ur abs :D

  • it helps to point your toes. Try it. If you notice all the gymnasts do it too.

  • Something that helps me is to think about pushing your hips forward. This will help you get your l-sit much higher. =]

  • keep it up, it is very hard
