The tax rebates and added benefit of reducing pollution is a great savings over traditional no #2.
I don't think it is ridiculous at all. This biofuel uses waste grease and tallows that otherwise would clog our waste disposal systems, burns more cleanly, and provides a cost savings to the user via a New York State tax credit. It is difficult to see how any of that is ridiculous.
