  • What kind of shitty policy is that?? Why no full refund? I paid cash for it, $30.00 not $12. Is this company going under? Is this the company policy? to cheat the customers? Never again I will shop at this store and I will tell every one what a crappy place it is to shop. The manageress has no personality, no people skills. So, HELL with Zara. They shouldn't be in business. They should put up a sign NO refunds in front of the store. Cheap bastards!

  • ZARA store in West Edmonton Mall SUCKS! I bought an item from there for $30 for my mom(wrong color) for Xmas, and 3 weeks after I went to return it with the receipt. The store clerk said no cash refund, and I must pick up merchandise instead. Reluctantly I picked up a blouse, and this time the clerk and the store manageress said the item I was returning was marked down to $12 after Xmas and that was the amount I am entitled for in the form of merchandise despite the $30 receipt for the item-more
