These are great little guns. Very easy to shoot accurately due to the fixed barrel, and they have a great trigger pull when firing SA. I almost bought one, but opted for a PPK/S instead; my local shop prices almost all their SIGs far too high. $750 for the P232? I'll take the PPK for $450, thanks.

Jeah, the thing I am angry about is that she was so friendly... and really did no one something bad. 100% christian and went into the church and everything.... ending like that.... It's ironic how some of the greatest gun companies (H&K, Walther, Mauser, etc...) come from Germany and bordering countries, yet civilians can't even own those firearms. It's a shame really. I'm truly sorry about your aunt. I had an uncle that's alive today because he took a concealed carry course and carried a H&K 2000. I wish other countries would get off their high horse in not trusting the people who put them into office, and start letting them make these types of decisions for themselves.

I think you should've demonstrated the primary step in safe gun handling first. Ensure the gun is unloaded.  Then dropping the mag next before continuing. Otherwise it was okay. For those that don't know, yes it's the same procedure with the P230.

I love my P232-SL! I replaced the stock plastic grips with a set of Nil checkered walnut grips and...DAMN!it fits my hand even better!

Even thought the P232 is chambered for .380 it has a decent amount of recoil due to it being a straight blowback design. Just an FYI.

One would be hard pressed to find a sexier- looking handgun though. :)
