  • Liking this video now!

  • What a HUGE PUSSY!

  • in germany 8€ furminator i have buy

  • We have 2 Ragdolls. Just bought the FURminator. How often do you use it? Once a week? Or more often? Thanks!

  • I recommend using the FURminator outdoors :P

  • Yo quiero un gato así!!!!!!! (y le furminator también sino me vuelvo loca!)

  • MUCH cheaper on Amazon. I bought my medium sized one for $12. Same brand. The pet stores just mark them up like CRAZY.

  • He looks like a giant worm...

L0L, Please let me go,I dont want to brush my hair!

  • Solution to this, don't get a cat with long hair.

  • great demo, i just brought a furminator too, looks awesome, i have a long and a short haired cat [2 cats], gonna try the comb now!, your cats gorgeous by the way!

  • Ragdolls don't have undercoats !!

They are just medium to long hair cats...

  • Wow - is that a cat, or a Tiger in disguise! it's huge!!

  • Your cat seems to like it.

  • haha... prreoow.

  • cats just saying let me GO

  • haha thats funnyy <3

  • Wow, what a beautiful cat, and good to know I can use on my long haired cat.

  • If you give it a 5...what product rates higher?

    I have long haired kitties

  • probably the Furminator double edged...for very fury cats:)

  • i just got 1 on ebay for around 15 bucks which its like the same 1 u have :) but whtever i have a quick question i just got a himalayan kitten thts why i got the comb but idk if i'm useing it to hard since i can c now a short hairs on her shoulders is it takin out the baby fur??? or do they even have tht??? n the new coat is growin in??? idk i'm lost here

  • I'm thinking the kitten is too young - I'd use a simple brush to get her used to be brushed every other day. You are most likely removing baby fur. Try using furminator when the cat is over 6 months.

  • till the cat is about 9-12 months, depends on how long hair she have, you don't need to use Furminator, just a normal soft brush .Use the Furminator when she starts shed bad for the first time, and then every 2-3 weeks, depends on how much fur she's loosing. Long hair breeds needs a bit more, for a short one every 3 weeks should be fine. If you bath the cat every now and then even better.

  • Very much appreciated--I could tell you were genuine about the product and did the video to show people something that was really good for their pets--my Furminator should arrive shortly! ;o]

  • I got my furminator brush on Amazon for about $16 (and worth every penny). They're 30.00 in the major pet stores. My cat is a himalayan and I can tell you I get a pile of undercoat off her every night and she really loves being brushed with this brush. Also she rarely coughs up hairballs now and that's unusual for such a long haired cat. I wouldn't use anything else.

  • that cat looks like ur best friend

  • A furminator costs $60. I use an old mustache/beard trimmer that no longer works,...I just turn it over and rake the blade across the hair and oh boy does it take out the hair...its the blade that does it!

  • there on ebay for 15$ :D

  • I have a border collie and I tried the furminator but im not sure I know how to use it!! i think i may be to gentle! exactly how gentle do you have to be so you dont hurt the dog!!!!????

  • don't be afraid to really get in there! My german shepard has skin allergies so I was worried about being too rough with him at first, but I can really wallop him with it and he doesn't bat an eye. You won't accidentally cut them - the blade it behind the "comb" part, so if it gets close to skin the comb just brushes over it.

  • the cat's all like "hey...what are you doing?" lol

  • Thanks for posting this - I appreciate the demo.

  • Does it make it bald

  • i need this so bad!!!i have a long hair chihuahua literally u barely have to touch him and youll be coverd in his hair

  • Actually, ragdolls don't have an undercoat, but they do shed quite a bit. I have a ragdoll, and I'm very seriously considering buying this because she sheds so much, and the little slicker brush that I have barley gets any hair off of her.

  • okay my family is going to get this product, but is it worth every penny, and does it break easily. But i have TWO labs and i can use a brush and i see about 400 lbs of hair, it looks like

  • I love this product - I use it on my black labrador and my three cats - I've actually combed out a wad of fur the size of a bowling ball after combing all of them! My black bombay cat loves it - he just lies there and purrs while tons of fur brushes off him. Definately helps cut down the amount of shedding and also helps with allergies. Amazing!

  • I LOVE my Furminator. I also have a Basset hound, and i find it works very well! I think a lot of the contrast is that Bassets have really short hair, so it doesn't look like as much. I use my Furminator on both of my angora cats and I have seen a HUGE difference in my house! The Furminator isworth EVERY PENNY! I promise you you will not be disappointed. You can spend more time with your pet instead of Cleaning up after it!

  • Cate cat! I'm definitely getting one of these. How often do you use it on your cat. Also is the one you're using in your video a small or a medium?

  • The furminator is a GREAT invention !!!

I have a shiba-inu-dog and he lost his undercuthairs so many in my roomes !

I´m know very amazing since I have the furminator.

No more hairs on my couch and on my floor !

  • does this product cut down on the amount of fur you find in your house?

  • its actually supposed to yes, but i think if it gets rid of alot of the hair, you will find less shedding

  • cool. thx

  • Your Cat is absolutely beautiful!

  • does this help with someone who has cat allergies? will it reduce allergens?

my friend is about to give two of her cats away to the humane society and im scared for them,i love them so much even though they're not my cats.

  • yes it does help to reduce a bit of the reaction of the allergies because it reduces the hair flying around (since most people sneeze or react because of the hair up their nose)

  • Thanks for making this video...I'm trying to decide whether I should get one for my long haired kitty...he is shedding hardcore...

  • The furminator is not a new invention. If you want one and can't find one, look for an undercoat rake. I'm sure you can find one for a lot less money.

  • Actually it is a lot different than an undercoat rake. It is a carding tool, which is not a new innovation either, but putting a handle on it at this angle has made the job so much easier! Something you have to try to believe!

  • WOOT! 5 stars for MASSIVE loads of loose hair flying around!!

  • Thanks for your comments!

  • I too own the furminator......just sayin'

  • I have the furminator for my puppy. I bought it at my pet store for I think 40 bucks, and I have had a lot of customers want it, but I bought the last one:P haha!
