  • P90X is not magic u need a good diet as well but keep up the good work

  • you are young, your body is still burning stuff fast, youll bulk up as you get older. Just keep with it. If you realy just want to bulk up, stop all of the running and hit the iron, low reps4-6 / high weight 80% max rep.

  • just eat. fuck those whey proteins etc. get yourself some beef steak. besides, maybe this is just your body type, or metabolism... i know some friends who eat like pigs all day long, junk food, and they're skinny as fuck.

  • Definitely cut out the running. Extra Cardio is for people who want lean results. You're trying to bulk up so heavy weights and less reps, and high protein diet. When I would wrestle in highschool, I would run more in order to go down a weight class. Well your goal is gain muscle. And everybody's body is different so try not to compare yourself too much to the people in the videos because some of them have naturally built bodies. Overall more protein less running.

  • Weight loss and muscle gain have similar things in common. Its 20% exercise and 80% diet. Not even p90x will help you if your nutrition is bad. I did insanity and didn't get good results because I didn't eat right. But now that I'm doing p90x I'm sticking to the guide and its a miracle what the diet will help you do.

  • Stop running so much u will lose muscle

  • eat the fuck out of some peanut butter, shit works miracles

  • Diet is like 80% of your results. Eat healthy whole foods and lean proteins. Don't eat anything artificial sweetners, dextrose, gluten, or foods that are high in satruated fat.(like most meats) If you have cheat meals your results will be very slow. Also make sure you get enough protein in your diet. Also your body will only BUILD muscle while at rest so you need to get your sleep. Trust me your results will improve if you get enough sleep. Hope that helps.

  • You need sleep, I can tell. Slleep is when your body repairs itself. If you work out when you haven't repaired you wont gain anything.

  • make sure your drinking a gallon of water a day

  • Hey sorry for the delay. Well if your taking protein and creatine you should be ok. Make sure your doing high weight with low reps. If you are then maybe think about buying Mass Gainer. It will help you bulk up if you need to .

  • ur not seeing the results for a few reasons, 1 are u eating healthy because to get the body u want u need 2 be healthy. 2 are u having enough protein because u should have 2 grams of protein every pound u weigh, so a 200lb guy should be having 400 grams of protein daily.

  • I would also recommend a good protein shake. Like you said if it's to expensive you should look for alternative protein sources. congratz on getting to week 7.

  • How are your eating habits because if your eating like crap your results will be extremely slowed.

    Running will only help you so I would not stop that.

    I would also be taking protein daily if your not already. If you are trying to bulk up you may want to up your calorie intake in a healthy manor.

    As long as your honestly pushing yourself and eating right then you will definitely see results, do not worry.

  • @macdaddy0403 You're right, I may not be eating enough protein.. I take protein and creatine right after each workout but that's it. I don't have much money for protein bars every day.. but do you think I should eat bread and peanut butter between meals? I could eat eggs saussage etc in the morning for breakfast, then a peanut butter sandwich within the next 2 hours.. eat my meal and so on.. This is my last month and I want to really bulk up.

  • @DanielMallTV FOR EVERY pound you weigh is how many protein you need to be taking in a day. 119lb =119g of protein

  • @DanielMallTV you should break down how much protein your taking in into 5-6 meals a day...your body can...eat oatmeal or eggs for breakfast
