Hey ASSwipes ever consider this convoy was transporting injured troops or possibly on the way to pick up troops injured troops? If you haven't been over there how educated is your opinion? Ungrateful civilians.
so why is'nt this footage handed over to the relevant authorities so that these assholes face disciplinary action ? or better still if they were never in iraq in the first place this would never have been filmed. Funny how u.s troops are never deployed to areas like ethiopia is'nt it? now I wonder why?
Is it any real wonder that they are frequently ambushed? Bullish thugs. How do you earn respect from natives when you act in a gutter like fashion such as this?? they are numbskulls.
I am ashamed to have been in the military and have since joined the peace corps and work with other veterans to rebuild and see that this inhumanity never happens again. I didn't take it personally when I was shot at in Balad and Baghdad. I would do the same thing if the US was being occupied and my livelyhood stolen. I was treated badly because I was a friend to the Iraqis and helped them when I could. I thought that was what we were supposed to be doing.
and im iraqi and i give amirecans the right to destroy iraq and rebuild a new one that matchs one of amirecan states so we can add an new star in the amirecan flag loool
I am an Iraqi and I have not been back for about 8 years. This hurts me deeply as the American treat Iraqis in such disrepectful manner. I am not suprised that they get shot and killed, that is the cost of invading A NATION AND ITS LAND.
Um they do have a good reason...they dont want to get shot...If they are stopped in traffic then they are sitting ducks for machine gun fire, morters, RPGs, snipers...Seems like a pretty legit reason to bust through traffic, you know, to not die.
Please know what you are talking about before you post.
I agree. I know how it feels to be in convoys. But the military shouldn't teach it's enlistees that Iraqis are not human and do not deserve humane treatment. I was sickened by the amount of ethnic and culture bashing that takes place by the instructors in the military. I was treated like a terrorist for giving a group of Iraqis that we detained some bottles of water and making them feel comfortable. They were not criminals... Just citizens. Sorry for the rant. I wish the US could see both sides.
Yeah....stupid americans. They think they´re the owner of the world. Wait your time, motherfucker yankees.... your time will come....like Rome empire.
Exactly, I don't understand the outrage; it is how a firetruck would drive if people didn't listen to his siren. I'm going to go ahead and assume that they were going somewhere, with the comment "Look at him, pickin' his nose, not a care in the world." Had they just been being little bitches, it would've been more like "Look at him, pickin' his nose, not fuckin' keeping his eyes open" or something like that. "care-free" implies "shit, we have something important to care about"
I have no idea why they were driving around like that? What I do know is that IF I had to get some where quick I would have no problems in doing what those guys did! The amount of IED's and RPG's that can come your way, well, say no more....
I can see why there's so much terrorism in Iraq now.
By their talks and the fact they're making a vid I can assure you they're not in a hurry at all. They're just enjoying the outrage they couldn't do in the USA.
ugh i havent seen that view in a few years, and i dont miss it much. the finess that this driver demonstrates while love tapping hajis bumper is cute. if this was qrf mission the visuals woulda been really exciting....exploding glass, squeeling tires, terrified expressions on hajis faces. anyways good speed to you my brothers
look at the white Passat-the pirst car to be bumped-before and after, look at the white Opel Astra-damaged tail lights,trunk-again look before and after, you'll see if you want to see
Its funny but cheap driving. The person sitting inside Humvee is making video, I wonder that during emergency for QRF nobody can afford this kindda entertainment nor has nerves to enjoy filmamaking.
First, if you were getting shot at or bombed I bet you would be driving fast also. Second, the insurgents would use civilian vehicles to slow down convoys which makes the convoys easier to hit. Third, these guys may have been (and probably were) on a quick reaction force. When a QRF unit is called out it means another unit is taking fire and the QRF unit it coming to provide assistance. It's a cheap shot to criticize their driving when you have no idea what is going on.
why driving there at the first place??? go home, have a good time with your friends, family and kids. my insurence won t let me do this. and when someone hits me with a car, he will have a big problem.
Im sure they would LOVE to be home, hell anywhere that isnt in a warzone. One of my best friends was mortored while riding in a Humvee in Afghanistan and received two purple hearts. He is being send to Iraq in March. Id like to see you take up your "big problem" with a 6'3 230 pound marine riding in a Humvee with a 50 cal mounted on top...That would be funny.
right on brother ..... shit could get sour quick out there ..... its the same thing when u see a cop car and flaring lights ... or an ambulance .... u move to the right .... hall ass quick out the way when an emergency is going on ...... same concept ... except people dog on soldiers but its easy to make a judgement on some one when when you dont understand the situation ..
you're assuming that they were on a qrf but as per usala
no proof they were on a qrf you're just coming up with the best excuse you can and ya now i realy do wonder why the majorty of iraqi people dont like you

When a Humvee with passenger stops they are a target for the Taliban. So no surprise that they drive like this?

It's hooked on the dash. The camera never moves, which is just like the cameras in cop cars. he's not just holding the a Handycam or something.
