The soundtrack in thsi trailer is just amazing, right from the beggining, sure most of the music used in Dr.Who nowadays is just variations of the original "I am the doctor" theme but this was truly amazing.

Really, this is the second year in a row where we get a Doctor Who Christmas Special that is just a rehashing of some other story. Does anyone remember the previous Christmas Specials? they were wholly unique Doctor Who stories.

@StephenHillable there's nothing wrong with using a pre existing story. Also don't forget they only have a limited budget so using scenes and locations that have been used before is easier to do than set up a wholly new place. + I agree with @MichaelHowrie.
