  • LUCKYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was at the signing too and was lucky enough to in a wristband from Paul's website so didn't have to queue up. But I have queued a few times to meet Paul. Read about my Macca moments, Google my name Rachel Doyle and my website will come up filled with all things Paul McCartney. Great video. Enjoy my website fellow Macca fans!

  • What an amazing family adventure!...I (at the tender age of 43) have only recently became a "Beatlemaniac"...I can't believe I waited this long to get into their music, but it's like stumbling onto a great gift that'd been there all along...AND as an added bonus (thanks to a LOSER ex-husband!)...I share the same last name as my favorite Beatle...Coincidence?...I think not ! (LOL)...I think the Beatle community as a whole is incredible, so much love, and it lives on indefinitely :)

  • if I met paul, I'd take a slow calm breath and say "OHMYGODIT'SPAULMCCARTNEYILOVEYOURMUSICYOURGREATOHWAITYOUPROBABLYKNOWTHATEVERYONESAYSTHATIWISHICOULDHANGOUTWITYOUALLTHETIMEBUTTHENAGAINYOURSECRETSERVICEAGENTSWOULDKICKMEOUTOHWELLYOUSTILLROCKDUDE!!!!!!!"

  • One thing I would never do is sleep (and freeze) outside for any celebrity! My sister did that for Barry Manilow & I thought it was stupid. Unless they will give me a million dollars? I like my nice warm bed. They are only human people! :P

  • Sorry you really wanted to meet Paul Mccartney? But really ended up meeting William Cambell aka Faul the very good impersonator!

  • thanks for posting your family Beatles trip videos- they were all great!

  • What a great Video- I was there too !!! we didnt get in for the first 200 and waited outside in the cold, but eventually- we made it inside and upstairs.

and what a great guy he is...I live just outside Liverpool and he KNEW even after All the years and all the things he has been thru- exacttly where i lived.

I shook his hand and then floated downstairs.

we were not allowed to take photographs either- but memories are better.

  • Yes he did. He wanted to know where are we from, etc. He specially talked to my children. He shaked our hand. He said he wants to visit Israel (he eventually did and the date of his concert in Tel Aviv was on my son's birthday. We all were there). He was so kind.

  • So happy for you. I saw Paul in concert (with Lovely Linda) and it was by far the best concert ever. We had great seats, too. The memories! He is a musical genius and natural performer. He was impressed by "the Crewcuts" giving him an autogrph as a kid--I think this is why he is so good to his fans. Luv ya, Macca!

  • man,you were LUCKY!

  • That's commitment guys ! Nice to see the story unfold I know how you felt..

  • well, i´m 12 years old and i LOVE Paul McCartney !!

  • yeah, isn't it great being a beatle fan?... and McCartney fan of course. about a thousand times cooler than star wars-trek, lotr, comic books and other assorted nerd crap.

  • Loved your vids and HAPPY YOU MET PAUL!

  • It never fails to fascinate me how "kids" can be so into Paul McCartney and The Beatles. My friend's 18 year old daughter knows the lyrics to every Beatles song. How did this happen? Can some of you young people fill me in?

  • I have no idea how it happened to me. I'm a 19 year old second generation Beatlemaniac and it just sort of hit me this past summer. I was always a Beatles fan, but never to the degree that I am now. My friends dragged me to a Beatles tribute show and that's when the mania started....I blame it all on that.

  • For me my mom was a fan and I heard songs on youtube, bought cds, got stuff on my ipod, and it was sudden I was a fan.

  • Same here, my dad was and is a Beatles fanatic so I grew up with their songs and videos constantly playing in our house. He literally sat me down and made me listen to their albums when I was around 9 years old, and although I kicked up a fuss at the time, later I would go and steal his Beatles CDs!

  • congratulations!!!

  • lucky.......

  • great you really really love the musci fo the beatles fans 1 also the trips are very funy and amazings, dunno if i write corrctly :p

  • wow I am so happy for you guys! words cannot express how much i want to meet him. I would be speechless too! You guys are so lucky

  • gotta say the vocals are pretty damn hot...

they really started to cook at 1:49...

  • In-Cred-i-ble.

I wish Paul could see your videos to see how you have honored the Beatles so well.

  • COOOOOL

  • you were so lucky =D

  • That is such a great video! I was there too, I queued for the whole night with some friends and I had the time of my life! :)

  • Nice story telling guys. Making the most of it, fun stuff.

  • I won a wristband off Maccas website for this event so for once didn't have to queue in the cold to meet him!!!! Competition winners got to wait inside the store and Paul walked right past us and waved as he made his way up the stairs to do the sigining!!!!

  • Y didn't have to queue in the cold to meet Paul? You've missed all the fun...no, just kidding.

Do you have pics to share with us?

  • I've queued many times over night to meet Paul. This time I had the day off!!! Hee Hee.

Find my site by putting Rachel Doyle in the search engine and go to the A day In The Life page!!! You should find my site easily if you put my name in as one word!!!! Sign my guestbook if you find me!!!

  • Congratulations on getting to see Him and getting the autographs. Great job putting this together, I see lots of talent here!

  • Brought back memories of the day me and my friends met Paul at Borders Bookstore in Los Angeles. No wristbands though (did get them for his show at Amoeba Records) and absolutely no cameras allowed in the store. We were near the front and got to 'see' him read to a first grade class his book High in the Clouds. Such a cool experience.

  • Great! Do you have pics to share with us?

  • No, like I said cameras were not allowed inside. Everything was confiscated until you left the building.

  • very cool looks like you guys had alot of fun !

  • Gracias por tu comentario, hermano

  • That video was interesting to watch. You're so lucky to go in many various places in the city of Liverpool! I reallywant to go to the UK, but I don't think I'll ever wil in my teenage years. Anyways, it must have been really exciting meeting Paul McCartney. Hey do are you Mexican?

  • I am afraid we are not
