  • Werner sucks ass and they can suck my balls. I drove for Werner and wasn't makin shit and fucked me over bad. And your right they are crooks. Now I drive for my cousins trucking biz makin $1000 a wk. suck on that Werner.

  • I drive for Werner, Dollar General dedicated, avg. 1500 miles a week, 25¢ a mile, 5¢ safety bonus, $36 unload, $16 a stop, and all deadhead. I've taken home $700+ paychecks many times.

  • @moonflow23 Dude...i work 8-10 hr days home everynite..paid holidays and vaction..no sat or sundays....bringing home $700 is avg...

  • I started with Werner in 1983 and stayed there for almost 17 years. It was a damn good place to work back then. I've been out here since 1980 and in my professional opinion. Today it is nothing more than a good place to start your career until you get more experience. Just don't ever plan on getting anything more than a secure future in the trucking industry. If you think you'll get rich out here, you're sadly mistaken!

  • @YeagerP51 Im wlling to bet when u started..that was just after Reagan deregulaton..I know drivers that drove in the 70s that were making the same money most OTR big company drivers are making now..Anyone that says stop compalain and be glad u have ajob is just the driver most of these slave compaines want...the other thing..If these big compaines were concered about safety...they wouldnt be hiring drivers that no small co would touch...drivers right out of school..

  • Yeah buddy

  • You are right about that! I work for them for 4 months and wow! I got out of training and they put me on the R.R Donnelley account making 19cpm with a 10cpm safety bonus! And all the loads was heavy as hell! I was making peanuts!

  • A werner driver ejust got stopped on speeders, a woman in a kenworth t600

  • I did 9 weeks in training, got my truck assigned, went Walmart detected, loved it until I started to hate it, took a leave of absence and never went back, Werner is a great company though, they gave me a job when I needed one, it was a great learning experience that builds a lot of character, man up and get it done, or just shut the fuck up!

  • Hey...if you're gonna use my video without permission, at least put a link up to my channel and/or this entire video.

  • i went right outta school to werner got trained well did and got on the account i trained on well needless to say my dispatcher sent me wrong directions to a couple of places and i counldnt find them on time i asked for new directions a couple of times on each one with plenty of time to get to where i had to be but they didnt send them to me till like 2 or 3 hours later and then i got fired b/c i had an unauthorized person in my truck whom they told me to pick up and bring back to the terminal.

  • That's Pretty much all of them .JB Hunt Werner Schneider Swift they all have top of the line equipment But good luck making 800.00 a week clear It should be alt more . especially if u haul Haz Mat , that is if your an Experienced Driver, The Equipment is Top of the LIne Concerning JB Hunt there Highly Dedicated to Safety They Visually watfh u do your Pre Trips .I have roughly 15 Years experience Driving ,

  • I agree with what he said @ 2.50 in the video. I was a student at Werner for 5 months. I passed my hours required in a little over a month and was given the choice to go home or stay on as a student. They refused to let me test out cause they didn't have the freight. I chose to stay as a student and eventually they made me take a leave of absence. DO GO TO WERNER!!!!

  • Listen, just because there are a few bad apples in the bunch, it does not mean the whole bushel is bad. Werner sure has some employees that are total idiots ( Weekend Dispatch), but all in all, the company is fair to you, as long as you are fair to them. If you work hard, do your job, and do not act like an woman with pms, then they will take great care of you. My bf is with them and home every weekend getting in on average 3000 miles a week. Why? Because he does his job without complaint!! :)

  • im with werner dedicated hauling for family dollar..and theyve treated me well and i got a brand new truck with only a few thousand miles on after training with my trainer.. im making .32 a mile plus 21.75 a stop plus 98 a trailer.. i made almost 44000 last year.. and guess what..im only 22.. and im home at least every weekend... werner has been great to me..when i needed home..they got me home.. when i needed some repairs..i was in a rental truck a few hours later...

  • @jay130me Do they have Ac in the trucks? And how many stops are on a trailer?

  • Why do drivers whine and cry instead of doing something positive? Duh the economy is crappy so freight is slow. Want more miles then train students. Second duh, turnover at most trucking companies is close to 200%! That means they have to hire twice their drivers that they need every year and when freight gets slow turnover increases because whiners quit instead of doing something positive. Try not whining and bitching so much and do your job well and see what happens.

  • try roehl transport, im on there 7/7 fleet.. i hate otr so im only a part time truck driver working half the year and im much happier, i still make decent money too and get 2,900 miles a week

  • Are you still at Werner? Why not go to Prime,Schneider, or Stevens Transport.
