Love the 3 challenges and or opportunities you have made for yourself this week. Especially #2 I think I will be adding that to mine this week as well.
I have to say first that you look absolutely lovely in this video. Everyone is going to have ups and downs on the scale, you will get back on it and get rid of the weight in no time!
Mini-Goal setting is awesome!
Calorie tracking is good too!
Good luck with your mini-goals, I do the food in front of the computer and tv thing too, I should make that a goal for myself.

these are really great goals! I think i might borrow your not watching tv while eating goal. Its a great idea. I was already thinking that ineed to SLOW down when i eat.. i shovel food in like there's never gonna be another thing to eat. LOL
oh- i haven't started thr 48 hour detox thing yet--decided to wait til Mon and Tues...less distractions and temptations that way! :D i'll let u know how that goes lol
