Flash #03: Using Animated GIF's

Hello, in my flash video, the gif does animate, however the part of the gif that is moving moves and stays in the animation, while the unmoving part dissapears, Help?

how do you get it so you can import it into flash ending up with separate frames in the timeline ?

The animated gif that I am using only loops once, but when I put it in flash cs4 and preview it, it keeps looping. I tried putting a stop action on it and that did not work. Anyone have an Idea??

@drxtreme yeah the [MOVIE] symbols won't work when you export it as a gif, or avi.

swf files are the only ones that work with gif created symbols (Hope this kinda helped, and isn't too late)

Of course, if you have the time, you can hand create a symbol, from the several pictures in the gif.
