  • Since the web browser supports flash, does that mean Blogtv would load up?

  • hi can you put tomtom on the n85

  • gud work bro... can u post some videos on N73 both m.e and simple??? thanx...

  • ihanasti ääntää. :DDDDDD

    tankero.

  • you call that High qualit!!!?

  • okay, but how is it homosexual?? it's a phone...

  • Great specs, but isn't it kind of bulky?

  • Hello,I can't hear you,I'm not a racist but it would have been better if that phonscoop guy(Eric) was on vid instead of her.

  • Is it true that the powersaver screen is always on bright. I mean the white strip that show the time and date when the phone is in standby.

I read in some review where a prototype was tested that oled cannot dim itself. It has to be always on, so the powersaver is always on, and only goes off when you turn off the phone.

Anybody own the actual phone please let me know, because I am hoping that it was only in the prototype and the actual n85 has fixed this.

  • Indeed it stay's on(dimmed) when the clock appears, after a while the whole screen turns black like on the other Nseries.

But so what? You can better read it and it uses less power than a other device with the LCD turned on (and the backlight turned off). ;)

  • Oled hasnt got backlight the Oled leds are glowing al the time and your batteri wil last longer because you havent got any backlight

  • HOW SHE TALCC

  • HOWE YOUE SPIELL

  • How the fuck why the Fuck you talk to me Motherfucker

  • iluv that phone .. :)

  • DAMN I LOVE UR ACCENT ARRIBA!!

  • does any1 know wen this phone will come out in the UK?i really need a phone cuz i don't have 1 right now i jz sold off my Nokia XpressMusic 5310.will n85 come out the same time as n96?

  • it will come in october

  • so great, it looks like it's going to be the successor of the n81 which i own and thats one hell of a phone.

  • the lady on on this phone sounds well pissed off - clearly didn't want to do the advert at all! never mind though, the phone itself looks fantastic and im delighted it is small but has wi-fi feature. does anyone know what it is like for browsing the web? Does it display ok on its screen?

  • just one thing to know about this phone Battery and im getting one :) i love how it looks XD N96 and N95 are just too BIG XD and i like OLED screens

  • The choice between this n85 and the n96 is already made for me. Why ? DVB-H support could'nt appear here in europe until 2009 or later. 16GO and more for storage... It's a way to munch for me. n85 is more thin, 16mm is just perfect for a smartphone.

I can't wait to see some Sony Ericsson stuff too. 2009 will be the best year for mobile phone !

  • But it will be the worst year for spelling and grammar..

  • Hey, my english is not really good (yea I'm french...) I admit it... So keep this critical comment for yourself please !! ;)

  • Haha I was jk man.. don't get mad! :|

  • they are the same reasons i owuld pic this over the N96

ps you english isnt that bad at all, most of the people in england speak worse english than you

  • she makes me so NOT wanna buy this phone.. sounds boring as hell

  • Well, it offers a FM-Transmitter and FP2 ;)

  • The N85 has better form factor, FM transmitter, and software response time than the N95.

  • and the multimedia keys can also be used for games in landscape mode,

are the buttons on the front display touch sensitive?

or are they buttons with u actually push to press

  • The N85 has the FP2, faster, bigger battery (vs the N95-1), better look, better Navi Wheel, better sliding mechanism, better screen (OLED vs QVGA), FM Transmitter, more video codecs (FINALLY now supports WMV..etc).. Geotagging pictures.. so you can see there's a lot more than you think.. But I guess it's not THAT big of a deal to jump from N95 to N85.. (and I have 2 N95-2, and a N95-1 btw)..

  • By The Way

    It Isn't

    OLED vs QVGA

    QVGA Is The Screen Resolution!

I Think You Meant LCD TFT

  • OOPS.. I meant OLED vs LCD TFT!

Does this phone support VGA now?

  • nvm.. I just checked it.. Still QVGA! :S
