If you look at the cut of the OG Air Jordans compared to the recent retroes released in 1999 they appear fake due to the missing bulge on the heel, the pattern on the netting and the height of the collar. Some good fakes copy the OG cut but not the 1999 version of the shoe. Even though these appear a little suspicious because of the air Jordan tags behind the tongue being placed to high on the back of the tongue, the size tag appears from the original 89 version.
