Can anyone tell me why i have a 9800gt, q9400 quadcore and 4 gig of ram and i get no more than 35fps with max settings? although it doesnt look like it? is it possible that it can be more laggy if you dont have the original game? REPLY PLS

to improve the fps, try to minimalize all recurces on pc. close all things you dont need. like antivirus , icq, msn, dwm , ........

and 35 fps with the 9800gt isnt bad

try patches for the game or maybe i have a other windows version.(vista 32,64 bit, xp,windows 7 beta,.....) i have overclocked my cpu and my ram and i have some programs to make the pc faster. and try to close all other programms that you dont need like deamon tools , desktop manager ,.....

the shit in tha game is the bugs , if you have instaled the patch 1.0.2.0 , you will have more fps but u can't acces a computer to the internet , and the mision clean getaway cant be passed , i hope they work at another patch . I have a quad core 2.5 , nvida 9600 gso 768 , 4gb ram , etc. i play the game without patch because i cant complet the missions where i must go to internet ( in game ) , but with patch it works lot better.

i run it on xp 32bit.

i had vista but it had problems with my gta 4 so i wanted to fix it and the results where that i had to install vista again. this video is running on my xp 32 bit
