What a bummer! Look what happened to other people who got suspended on YouTube in the past month, "Juniorfan89", "johnnyv418", "videos4everybody" and now "HollywoodDerek3" got suspended. Now they got "MrJohnnyv1993", "superfunforeveryone" and "NewHollywoodDerek4". "superfunforeveryone" continues to upload the same old Disney previews from VHS tapes. I'm on DailyMotion right now. "johnnyv418" is on DM right now, and so does "NW89", "TheSourceIsVHS", "Aubster07" and a few others on DailyMotion.
I looked at his farewell video. If its a false copyright claim than he can fight it. Plenty of people have done it in the past and gotten reinstated. If hes not willing to fight then he is part of the problem. Giving up and giving in just emboldens false-flagging trolls.
Thearchfiend is trying to fight it. He said if he did remove the 2 strikes the person would flag more thats the problem why people dont fight. because the person would keep flagging.
@cmoody01 Sadly the FUBARed way things are set up the little trog that did this get all his personal information. I say that it should be REQUIRED that any filing this must give THEIR full information to the person their are flagging so they can small claims court their sorry ass if it is false.
are you sure that some of these people getting banned or suspended didnt break copyright laws? It's not youtube's fault that american copyright laws exist. If youtube has to ban people for copyright infringement to avoid getting sued into oblivion that's not really their fault. Sites like blip tv might be more lax on copyright enforcement but thats only because they are smaller. If they became as popular as youtube they would have to do the same thing.
