  • Wanted to be like him as a kid !!!!

  • class act. go noles!

  • I will be an FSU fan 'til I die.

  • o please stop it with the naming of college..lets js praise this player for being a good person in general and a speciall ball player..that gives back

  • Why are tehre no videos of his Buccaneer days? He was one hell of an nfl player those dayss...

  • ONE OF THE BEST COLLEGE PLAYERS TO EVER PUT ON CLEATS

  • Alot of people might not know this, but Warrick Dunn buys new houses, and furnishes them, for struggling single moms and their families, because he and his siblings grew up in that same setting. I think he does one every year.

  • What song is this?

  • peter warrick is one of the best COLLEGE players ive ever seen. he was soooo elusive.

  • the two eight never looked so good

  • RAW

  • I know FSU had some great backs b4 Dunn; but Dunn is the best; he doesnt get enough credit; he was small but he still broke alot of tackles, he was more than just a speed back

  • what song is this

  • Hey video creator give DMX some crack and I bet you can put the track back on!

  • fingers crossed Pender can do some of these things at state despite his subpar competition level in hs. How about they didnt even want dunn to play rb when he was getting recruited lol. GO STATE!

  • Best RB never to win Heisman

  • not only he was a good football player...he's a hero...ask the single mother of 5 he hooked her up with a five bedroom house...i have always loved warrick dunn...he has a good heart.

  • My Favorite Player growing up...Representing for smaller athletes!!!

  • @JKitsTV You and me BOTH sir. All of us guys who are between 5'6 & 5'10 is/has been represented by guys like Warrick Dunn, Barry Sanders, Az Zahir Hakim, Wes Welker, Dante Hall, Tim Dwight, Troy Wilkins, Emmitt Smith, Maurice Jones-Drew, Jacquez Green, & so MANY others. :-D

  • @Dizkord you named all the right people homie! lol...I'll also add Napoleon Kaufman, Raghib Ismail, Santana Moss, Desmond Howard, and Jaquez Green...but you get it lol

  • @JKitsTV And so did you. We BOTH get it and just think. There are STILL more than the ones we mentioned. lol

  • My favorite college player ever. He was a beast. Nice video. More than a couple ankles were broke in this.

  • Not too many guys have DUNN it better (sorry couldn't resist) than Warrick, total package, on the field he was ONE of the best running backs in FSU history, OFF the field, he's STILL one of the greatest men I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He is what you want in a football player.

  • LOL! Dude sold out trying to to tackle Warrick at 5:12. Easily the greatest RB in FSU history.

  • a great football player

    but

    hes an even better person!

  • Gongrats, that's one nicely edited vid.

Warrick is HUGE for such a small guy.

So many seasons in the NFL too.

  • Who said Beastie Boys? Read my post I put JAY-Z, and have not seen anyone post Beastie Boys(granted I didn't look the whole way down. But I hope you are not talking to me I clearly wrote JAY-Z and is you think he is beasties boys then there is something wrong with you.

  • how is this song by the beastie boys?

  • Persion wants to hear Some GAY ASS LOST MY DOG FUCKED MY SISTER COUNTRY! Nothing is wrong with Jay-Z he is more lyrical and for more intelligent than you could ever hope to be.

  • Would be a good video without the ghetto music.

  • What music would you prefer? Would george michaels suit this video best for you?

  • Anything other than the ghetto shit. I don't care but that cRap music needs to stay in the ghetto where it belongs.

  • he was so skinny

  • im not saying he was as good as barry sanders but he reminds of him

  • Man Dunn was a monster back in the day. I don't think people realize how good he really was back then. Man he brings back memories!!!!

  • Oh the memories. I feel a tear welling up.

  • I remember when the Bucs took him half of the NFL were laughing thier asses off until they had to face him and relized he IS a BAD ASS

  • yes he was going to be a 'special situation' back at best because his size wouldn't allow him to be an 'every down' player. Then they realized that because of his elusiveness, players could never get a solid hit on him which helped to preserve his nfl career. I mean how many people play as many years as him. What an amazing player. I think he was on the cover of SI his rookie year?

  • And I bet you don't remember the reason he did all the "showboating" was critics were constantly saying he was overrated and was never going to make it pro.

  • I must admit I kinda surprised. I'm a FSU fan and I thought I clearly remembered these days but I don't remember Dunn being a showboat. When you see him nowadays when he scores he doesnt jump around and all that. Maybe its just cause he was young but for some reason this aint the Dunn I remember.

  • Dunn wasnt a showboat in college. He was deppressed in college. If you look in the videos alot of the stuff going on was the teammates jumping around him while he stood still.

  • I know he was depressed cause his mom was killed right before he got to FSU. but for some reason I remember him as the Barry Sanders type who never celebrated after a score. just hand the ball to a ref and come off the field.

  • Anyone know if Dunn retired or is he still a free agent?

  • free agent might sign with the eagles

  • ahhh the good old days

  • I hate Florida State, but Warrick Dunn is one of the few good people to come out of that football program.

  • Few? Derrick Brooks, Greg Jones, Deion Sanders, Anquan Boldin, Lavernaus Coles, and Geno Hayes. All of those but one are still playing. You dont want to have me go to players that arent playing anymore.

  • you forgot ernie sims, terell buckly, chris winky, and Charlie ward probably the best fsu player ever

  • Charlie Ward ended up going to the NBA and Chris Winkie never did much in the pros.

  • @makeyousweat42 U talking college and pro or just college... 1) C. Ward 2) P. Warrick 3) D. Sanders 4) Derrick Brooks... if you talking pro's too its Prime Time is number one

  • I meant as in good people not players. But Warrick and brooks are the exception

  • haha..fred biletnikoff...way back...who else..darnell dockett..ernie sims...

  • The "few" good players huh? Must be a Um or UF fan. FSU put out WAAAAAAAAAAY more than a "few" good players. They been puttin out pro bowlers since the mid 80's

  • Best athlete but more important best Individual to attend our University!

  • I just read his book and this MAN is just a TRUE MAN! I have never read such amazing stories of a young man going through hell and keeping his cool. He is one of my ALL-TIME idols. I will always root for Warrick. He is my Hero.

  • Vision and acceleration, unbelievable! This dude is a tru hero to me, not only as a small athlete but as a person. Dude is phenomenal all around.

  • you totally want his dick. its obvious.

  • Chill dawg. What u got against Warrick?

  • Nothing, I'm just saying you want his dick.

  • i kno yo dat shit was crazy

  • he was a highlight waiting to happen.

  • at 2:09 it was like the Jermaine thomas run in 2008

  • GO NOLES!

  • go noles awesome vid

  • A runningback is just as good as the blocks in front of him! (I realized that at my first touchdown ^^)

  • dat can b true n untrue

  • closest thing to a barry sanders clone. didnt have da lower body strength that barry had though

  • i agree..same thing i was thinking..coming out of college people were comparing him to barry sanders..guy was good

  • I find and found myself saying "how the hell did he do that" when i watch and watched Warrick play.

  • 3:06 man that was freakin amazing

  • 1:07 - 1:15

    rofl!! he is beast!!

  • warrick dunn and peter warrick are two of the best players at FSU

  • Don't forget about Derrick Brooks, Deion Sanders, T-Buck, EG Green, ANdre Cooper, Bar None(William Floyd) Amp Lee.......... Damn, we had talent EVERYWHERE in those days

  • Amen to that

  • FSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • beastie

  • Once FSU can get a TB in the backfield Warrick Dunn was, things will be okay.

We also need an offensive coordinator, who was just as good as (if not better than) Mark Richt!

  • Jermaine Thomas and Ty Jones look promising.....

Not Warrick Dunn but still damn good, same style

  • Go Gators and Go Warrick Dunn! Warrick Dunn is a class act

  • wtf is wrong with you?

  • He looks like he could do this in his sleep. What a natural.

  • all hail warrick dunn!!! what a great story.

  • Damn these were the days with Dunn and my man Charlie Ward. Its been too long of a drought for the Noles. I hope this yr is on the ups.

  • Reggie who?

Reggie Bush worshiped Warrick Dunn growing up.

  • he's crazy he looks soo fluent when he runs like he's not even trying.

  • his mother*

  • This guy is amazing, on and off the field.

He FORGAVE the man who murdered his wife.

    How many people do that?

  • Mom. Not wife.

  • Mom the guy murdered his mom during his senior year of high school*

  • warrick dunn is the TRUTH

  • warrick dunn is simply one of the greatest athletes, and people to ever live. The best book i've ever read is his biography, Running for my life.

  • thanks

    those were great memories

what a player and what a person!

  • i would replace sam cowart with marvin jones, ny back-up tailback would be greg allen and my fullbacks william floyd and his back-up edgar bennett

  • im wondering wat the alltime fsu team would be likk Qb-Chris Weinke/Charlie Ward Rb-Warrick Dunn Fb-Greg Jones Wr-Peter Warrick/Fred Biletnikof TE-Zeke Mowatt Ol-Walter Jones/Jason Whittikar Clay Shiver/Alex Barron/ and Jamie Dukes DL-Peter Boulware/Ron Simons/Corey Simon LB/Derrick Brooks/Sam Cowart/Michael Boulware DB-Primetime[of course]/Leroy Butler/Antonio Cromartie/TBuck K- Sebastion Janikowski P- Ron Stark any other sugestions??
  • FB: I might take William "Bar None" Floyd over Jones. Also, Ward would start over Weinke (JMO), and I would have Amp Lee as my back up running back.

    I'm a closet FSU fsn ;)

  • out of all the great LB's that have been at FSU you chose Michael Boulware? i hope you meant Peter but he was a DE

  • i would add dan kendra to fb, Gregg Carr to wr, and Ernie Simms to LB.

  • dexter jackson, eg green and greg spires

  • Deion Sanders?

  • My all-time favorite player. GO NOLES and GO BUCS!!!!

  • thats my number baby 28 all the way

  • what an exciting football player he was in college and still is!!!!

  • warrick dunn is one of my favorite players from college to pro

1 reason he is the best is he played for FSU (my favorite college team) and now he playes for the bucs (my favorite pro team)

  • thankyou

  • F-S-U->

    S-E-M-I-N-O-L-E-S->

What years did warrik dunn play for FSU?

  • 93-96

  • @Crowleyfootball 93-96.

  • whats the first song?

  • DMX- X Gonna Give it to ya

  • i like that jump

  • sweet vid warrick dunn is the shit,GO NOLES!!!

  • BEASTIN

  • man why didnt this man win the heisman dis dude is superb man!!!!!

  • Warrick Dunn is the most stand-up guy in professional sports. He has overcome alot in his life, not to mention he is a phenomenal talent. Wish the falcons hadnt let him go, but Michael Turner was a needed addition.

  • best player to go through florida state except maybe for derrick brooks and now they both play together in tampa bay

  • how about deon sanders, peter warrick, charlie ward, etc

  • @chosen1920 can you say peter warrick duhhhhhhhhhhh

  • "Go Florida State nothing to do with him" yeppie :)

  • we going to beat VT this weekend at doak whos with me

  • nice vid warrrick dunn rocks!

  • love the vid great job

  • Great Video ..............GO NOLES IN '08

  • well we invented the i form in the late 60's before bobby was here not when warrick dunn and peter warrick were here

  • what is that song called?plus great video!

  • doubt it

  • sure idiot

  • U sure about that? Cause if u were, u'd be partying with them instead of sitting on the computer posting worthless comments on youtube

  • Alot of his runs came out of the spread formation that vince young used, florida gators uses now, and west virginia uses. they were way ahead of the coaching curve. Thats why they were dominant. Not anymore though, because everone caught on, and floria state isnt hogging all the instate talent anymore. Its being spread out between new florida schools, and other states are taking players from the football factory of florida. Love warrick though.

  • fail

  • Yes we did run gun but not as frequent as the teams u mentoned FSU invented the I formation that style of Offense we ran when Ward and Warrick were there was called Fast Break

  • as a loyal FSU and Tampa Bay Bucc fan, Warrick Dunn is the man!!

  • reggie has a lot more speed, but dunn is definately a more natural runner ... there are some runs that dunn has that reggie would have broke loose on just because of his speed but warrick dunn is a more natural more fluid runner at the position tho ...

  • warrick dunn ran a 10.3 in hundred. reggie ain't that fast.

  • I nearly get chills every time I watch old footage of WD at Florida State! What a great back and an outstanding individual! And what a story, too. He's one of my favorite college football players of all time!!!

  • 1:03 was so tight

  • warrick is one of the top 5 best players ever to suit uo n garrent n gold

  • For something so subjective, this isn't even debatable. He was superhuman in garnet and gold. That move in the secondary at 2:40 was an underrated play fsu's history. When was the last time we won in the OB before that dagger?

  • to all the reggie bush nut huggers and usc pubic lice , i would put warrick dunn and the 1996 FSU squad against that 04 or 05 squad ANY DAY !! Dunn has proven he could do his thing against the best of the best , Reggie has not !!

  • haha. you are obviously making ignorant statements. reggie bush was way more explosive and evasive than warrick dunn. dunn was great, dont get me wrong. i use to love watching FSU in the 90's. but you cant go and compare two teams from different decades. on paper you can. but nobody will ever know who was better. just leave it as they were both great in their time.

  • Reggie is not a real RB.He's more of a pass catching back like Larry Centers when he was in Arizona.Explosive? evasive? the nfl is about longevity and toughness.I have been a Saints fan for 17 years, iam used to extreme disapointment and bad decisions made by this organization.Big mistake giving this guy all that money.Even at Age33 I'd trade Reggie for someone good and bring in Warrick.

  • i will not disagree with you. although, i am gunna say that reggie bush would be more productive outta the gun formations. say an eagles type offense. i say this because look at what the rams did with marshall faulk and the eagles with westbrook. it just seems bush is not the right back for the saints offense. and he is what you would call an hybrid. a lil bit of a runner, and lil bit of a receiver. the saints offense is meant for a rb like mcallister, or peterson type, not a bush, dunn type.

  • We gon miss him the A.

Un-der-rated!! Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap

  • Great person and player. Under rated NFL player

  • very underrated. lets thank alstott and duckett for that .

  • warrick dunn was a incredible for the noles

  • He played every game as if he was 2 ft taller during his time at FSU. IF they ,'could', catch him to tackle him, he was never scared of the hit.

I am glad he has one of the sealed lockers. More so, I am glad I was a student during his playing days..

  • Looks like a miniature version on Barry Sanders.

  • Weight wise, but height wise Dunn was actually a little taller, both were Giants on the field

    Go Noles!

  • warrick dunn plays for the bucs now

  • does anyone have copies of fsu games from the 1993-94 seasons for sale

  • I remeber as a kid I was sad because Barry was retireing and then my Older brother told me dont worrie warrick dunn will be just like Barry....and he was wrong!!! and he was wrong about Randy Moss being like Jerry!!! he was right about Kobe tho

  • Moss is a hall of famer and Dunn could be with another good year or 2, so they didn't exactly do to badly for themselves

  • But Moss is no Rice and Dunn is no Barry...And thats what my brother told me...I cant belive I ripped up my Rice poster

  • Shit. The man is now 33yrs old and is STILL the truth on the NFL backfield.

  • Hopefully the Bucs give him more carries than they did in his first tenure he better get more time than Earnest Graham

  • lol man dunn was the truth in college

  • Nice highlight vid. Always been a Warrick Dunn fan.

  • This who Reggie Bush need to study for the NFL, Warrick Dunn one of the most underrated backs ever

  • sick mix man. can you plz make a mix of peter warrick? the ones that ppl put on youtube have been pretty weak and havent done justice for how truly great he was at FSU. thanks

  • None of them have the highlights of his game against Clemson in 1997. It was taken down last year and hasn't been seen since.

  • My god! What a stellar football player.. I miss him so much.

  • thats my boy

  • what was warrick's 40 in college

  • i dont know, but in college he was 5'8" 170 and you saw how he was 'scootin' past them miami niggaz...

  • yes i had love that

  • 4.28 at his Pro Day

  • @dallasdyer he ran a solid 4.4

  • 3.22 nice

  • Warrick Dunn was nice. Thanks for posting.... Keep them coming

  • Phenomenal video. Can't say thanks enough.

  • No he was in Tampa Bay before he went to Atlanta

  • Hey Idiot, Sam Mcguffie isn't even in college yet LOL! He hasn't done anything. He is a white dude in case you didn't know. He won't do anything. Hes WHITE!

  • Color has nothing to do with it. If he is O-line is gone like the one Mike Hart had he will be productive. Look, who would have ever thought that blacks would have played quarterback at the pro level. Times are changing and maybe he will revolutionize the fact that there can't be a goo white running back. Also Michigan is in the spread this year.

  • color has nothin to do wit it, but i do believe you.... he wont live up to tha hype in college....plus i know jumpin' people is tight, but in tha NCAA they will knock his ass out trust me!!!!

  • there is no way in hell pat white is better than micheal vick pat white will never make it in the NFL. he might be drafted but ill be suprised if he plays a down at QB.

  • hapboy is right

  • Youve lost your mind. Slaton was never as good as Dunn, Devine still has alot to prove, and McGuffie hasnt even stepped on the field yet so comparing him to Dunn is idiotic. As for White, Vick is faster, more elusive, and has a much stronger arm. Not even close.

  • pat white....4.35 on a windy day....Vick 4.25 hungover...you're a dumbass
