I work with Tom Grate (the guy who sent in the DVD and idea). He has been spending hours and hours with these stoves and ideas for ultra-lite backpack camping. Great to see you put this info up! He is ultra happy.
I would use a "cooking bag" for turkey, some plastics have bad chemicals in them, should use plastic that is made to take heat. Awesome creative idea !
Hay Tin;
I love your videos but to tell you the truth I feel ripped off. What happened to the rest of the video?

Tinny, just mix the muffin mix in the bag you are going to cook in. No dishes to clean!

I could tell he had put a lot of work into it when I tried to modify the process and found his way was just the only way to go.

Ah-ha! No heat sink. I'll be using a silicone rubber pot square in future (trivet replacement).

There really aren't enough BPAs in a plastic bag to hurt anyone. If you're having 10 meals a day for a few months it might hurt you.

This opens up a whole new aspect of cooking with your stoves. Will you be adding those 2 necessary items to your store?

Tinny I so appreciate your baking videos. Thank you! Is that a 'columbia multi tool' you are using to weigh down the lid?
Also, could you have skipped a step and just mixed the muffin mix in the bag you are cooking it in to save on clean up?
With much appreciation,
Laurie
