Dark Ages Spawn uses a claymore sword which looks quite similar to the one this guy has made quite well in soul calibur.

@desob92 actually, spawn uses GUNS. He uses them 2 conserve his powers because he only has a limited amount of it. Its medi-evil spawn that uses an axe n he is a totally different spawn altogether. But u r right tho, in Soul Calibur 2 it is the modern Al Simmons spawn and he does use an axe. Charmone!

Good art. I do not understand why they put the spawn in the oul scalibur 2. He does not use axes (or swords) only medieval shogun spawn or spawn. Spawn would be more useful in mortal kombat

Spawn was in Soul Calibur 3, but only for the Xbox (PS2 version had Heihachi from Tekken and Wii had Link from Zelda).

There's no actual spawn in Soul Calibur 4.

On the Xbox, yes, he was. But on the other versions, Necrid is king. Any character made by the great Todd McFarlane is automatically the best in whatever they're put in.

@PsyGil69 k so just to clarify. spawn is not in soul calibur 4 me and my friend like trying to make characters its fun, now spawn was is soul calibur 2 because tod mcfarlane (creator of spawn for anyone that doesnt know) did have a hand in making that game he even created a completely different character for that game (necrid) so its not to diss the game or characters its just me and my buddy doing the best we can with many customization limits

Soul Calibur 3 was the introduction to Creating a character.

Soul Calibur 4: The Apprentice, Darth vader and Yoda

and also Todd Mcfarlane has a TON to do with Soul calibur. He put out a collectible figure line for soul calibur 2
