however the hadeeth was said because: at that time, some jews converted to islam at morning and left islam at night, they kept doing that. so muslims noticed that the jews where making fun of them. as a result our prophet ordered killing whoever leaves islam to scare them. none was killed at the time and the hadeeth is not to be used as for today.
