In my personal opinion, based on common style of play this is how i'd list skill required to play classes well. from most to least ~ Spy Soldier Heavy Scout Demoman Pyro Sniper Medic Enginier ~ (please no comments about random placings, this is just my personal experience) There is so much a Heavy can do. When playing the heavy, it is about 20% skills in mid duel and 80% skills into creating the right circumstances. IKnowWereYouSleep seems to be refering only to those 20%

Key moments in the video that may not be so obvious:

I see the pyro at 1:38 and tell the medic that I am going to stop and wait for him. At 1:57 I perfectly anticipated a stab attempt without seeing or hearing the spy. At 2:31 I hugged the wall to avoid the sniper and got a lucky jump at 2:33 that turned a potential head shot into a body shot. At 2:38 I knew the sniper was behind me trying to melee my medic even though I didn't see him. (just predicted his behavior)

There are two kinds of skills needed for this game, one the kind of skill you are referring to which is maneuvering and prediction which I think your list is spot on with except that Engi should be higher. You can't juke, reload at the right time (not even possible, just click and spray) and you cannot dodge rockets/other projectiles. JUST CLICK AND SHOOT, NO SKILL. Pyros can actually move and do comp blast. They can use their shotgun to kill far off enemies. They use axtinguisher to kill ingnited enemies. Heavys east sandwitches. Try to foolishly puch people with their LIGHTNING speed. The lower their gun only to find out that they got picked by a sniper/stabbed like a sitting duck from a spy. NO skill is involved. I can prove that every other class has to have skill to it. You obviously suck ass at this game if you're that thick.

Heavies have shotguns. Heavies have the muscle to take hits, which takes skill to manage. You can take hits, but you also have to know when to hold your ground and when to heal up. Just b/c you stand and get killed doesn't mean all heavies do.

LOL DODGE SNIPERS WHEN MOCING 1 CENTIMETER PER HOUR. Most heavies have sandwitches and their minigun is too loud to hear anything coming from behind. Rofl if you're not revolving you are dead. Spies just got an update to make backstabs faster so i could just slice any heavy I wanted in a split second. Pyros take much more skill than heavy. I play payload maps and control point, no dumb ctf maps where all you do is camp and be camped. You get picked off my snipers in 2fort and if you get into intel room, good job, you reached a sentry turret. Ofcourse since you suck shit, you probably play only on pubs with losers just like yourself.
