Fail. Its like they just went back to the 80's and tried to bring back everything. Sorry, but that's so cliché. The shoes were great, but that's about it. I guess thats just my personal preference.

There has to be something that makes us realize that smiling, a bit more body wieght and some diversity in the models would be more beautiful instead of these painfully thin, morbid images we keep seeing.

The clothese were great however.

The lack of a unique look and the absence of a smile in the model...direct your attention away from the model herself to the garment she's wearing.

its not about how happy or different each model looks on the runway....its about how they perform while wearing/selling the clothing the designer chose them to show off.

@sclapione to me the idea is sort of this every day girl wearing something slightly frumpy but being glamorous at the same time.

Again....the point of a runway show is not the model...it's about the clothing the models are wearing...how it hangs from their bodies, and how it is Shown off.

In the most basic and inhuman idea, a Model is simply a living hanger for the designer's clothing.

Personally i HATE when models smile on a runway...It cheapens the outfit and puts an immaturity behind it.

This collection is fabulous; it maintains an air of the 1980's/early 90's, while remaining mostly non referential. I love the colours and shapes; these two always produce collections which are sexy and young, but never vulgar. Love the shape of the 2nd/3rd jackets! These two are some of the best talents America offers the world.
