Even in the smallest things religion can brainwash you. E.G: When Einstein 's physical equations predicted the existance of Black Holes, he could not believe in such violent appearance, that could suck us away any minute. Neither that “God or nature” would ever allow them .So he was very convinced that they where VERY RARE . He never saw them. NOW we can spot them, and see that they are PLURAL. If Einstein would have been as fanatic as a common muslim, he would have thrown away his formula.
Nice !!! Being neutral I think there is still a difference between Islam and other religions: koran was written in old arabic and the words can be interpreted widely. For muslims it seems a mirror that confirms how each individual muslim thinks, so in this way koran states that HE's right .Which is very different, depending on the muslim. Still muslims ignore the latter and feel strongly backed up by their book and religion. Criticizing it=criticizing their individuality. No one likes that.

Interesting video. I couldn't help but notice that you mention SM and philosophy as two very distinctive and parallel fields. In reality one field has to assume things about the other to even began to accomplish what it wants. Also...about blind faith...there is blind faith involved in the SM as well, matter a fact SM starts with the assumption of blind faith. Overall interesting video.

@jimbob202019 .. I don't think brainwashing is twisting the truth, because the person doing the brainwashing usually thinks its the truth ... similarly confirmation bias is a term social psychologists use for people who dig themselves deeper and deeper into their own beliefs.

psychology i think is really just a person looking and trying to get a answer from another persons reactions, the brain its self is more complex and much more advance for any psychology exspert to really understand.
