Yes it has wifi, but when you get the g1, the service comes with unlimited internet, i believe. correct me if i'm wrong.

i forgot my pattern n then i pressed the forgot pattern butten n then it said to put my google acount n i forgot it 2 now i cant use ma G1 no more

Reinstall andriod by shuting down and then holding the HOME and POWER button toghther and follow the instructions.
