theres a on off switch and the El wire is 1.5mm thick -_- u dont even notice it, not even when its on during the day. there are gaps along the edges of the console where i wedged it in. night time it looks awesome. cudnt imagine my otherwise pitch black interior without it.

So the louder the music the less sensitive the lights are to sound?...so if a you listen to loud music all the time the lights will stay on the whole time?

usualy stuff like this has a sensitivity dial

they have a sound sensitivity dial

higher senstivity means even low volume sound will be detected and made to flash. usually has the effect of leaving the lights on.

lower sensitivity means only loud sound or heavy bass is detected. which is the effect we want :). u need to adjust according to the quality of the mp3 and the volume ur playing it.

also has a third option (on, off, flash) which is always on, so u dont have to mess with ur flash settings to get it always on.
