Haha, I assumed it was the French word for latrine, but then I checked a few online French dictionaries, and they turned up nothing. I suspect it's either a misspelling in the game, or the word was removed from the French language some time between now and 1992.

The only thing I can think of it to mean is a misspelling of "Le Jouis" Which I guess would translate to "The Enjoyment" but I think its improper even like that. That or some terribly mistransliterated version of "The Loo".
