Actually deku sticks are very powerful, you can use them to kill bosses with many less hits than with the kokiri sword, for instance, if you use a deku stick against King Dodongo it only takes two hits to kill him, and in Jabu-Jabu's Belly it only takes one hit to kill the Octorock mini boss :)

in the manga series link and saria are best friends like innocent child thing now later maybe something serious. mido was always jealous. you seem to enjoy the game. you should try the manga. it really is great i strongly recomend it. but now since i read the manga i cry everytime i beat the fire temple. it shows many backstories. i got my copies at the mall.

Not everyone uses emulators... I am a little annoyed by the comments. He could playing it on the wii. He could be playing it on the gamecube and maybe he could even be playing it on the n64 since the game has been remade several times.

You can use the Deku Sticks to kill the Gomha quickly. (thats one use, kind of helpful)

Yeah, i do that when I get to her. I don't find them too useful for most of the regular enemies though, like when you face the Stalfos in the Spirit Temple, it'll just keep breaking on his shield, etc.

I read in a game book that you can turn a deku stick into a powerful weapon, but I don't know how

Caleb ~ Using a Deku Stick increases your damage by 1. You can pull out a Deku Stick, then Z target and use A to perform a Jump Attack. 2dmg + 1dmg = 3. Great way to start attacking a boss and rack up the damage quickly. There's a trick to it after that, but I don't want to confuse you further =P
